Suites Albatros Cozumel

My three-night stay at Albatros Suites in Cozumel was exceptional, highlighted by the staff's outstanding service. They went above and beyond, assisting with late check-ins and organizing activities like scuba diving and vehicle rentals, all at great prices. The convenience of having a diving center next door and on-site delivery of rentals added to the ease of my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, though improved bathroom lighting and more toilet paper would have been appreciated. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals and allowed for coworking with stunning island views. Breakfast was decent, though quicker service would enhance the experience. Despite minor areas for improvement, it was my best stay on the island yet, and I eagerly anticipate returning.

Super friendly and helpful team! You are the best. The hotel has a super nice rooftop with awesome food and drinks and good breakfast. The hotel is located a bit outside of cozumel. The rooms are huge and nicly decortated. The double beds are rather small and the hotel is directly near the street so it was a bit hard to get good sleep Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4

This was such a good find! A nice hotel, very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was really friendly, however we found the location noisy with a busy road right in front. I dare to recommend this hotel 100%, its super cozy, clean and very comfortable rooms, an excellent place to rest and relax, in addition to having everything you need, such as an iron, oven, coffee maker and a refrigerator. The attention of the staff (Gerardo and Angel) was excellent, very friendly, and they are available if you need anything outside of reception hours. They have a restaurant at the top where the food is exquisite, and the staff's attention is excellent!! Without a doubt it will be my favorite place to stay whenever we can go to the island.
