El problema que le encuentro a Ananda es que no hay un evidente sistema de organización. Todos corren a hacer de todo y nadie está al frente pudiendo dirigir y mejorar a los meseros, las comandas, la entrada-salida de comensales. La distribución de las mesas y su logística. Tiene una hermosa vista, los alimentos cuentan con la calidad. Pero el servicio es donde hay que rectificar, porque amabilidad, actitud y energía tiene el staff. Además que en pago con TDC/TDD nos querían cobrar 5% más de comisión por el uso de Clip.

Un lugar perfecto para degustar ricos platillos con el mar a la vista. En especial por la atención y calidez de su propietario Don Tomas y su hija y su personal de cocineros y meseros. Muchas gracias son únicos en cozumel. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently dined at this restaurant and had an absolutely delightful experience! The seafood here is top-notch; I was particularly impressed by the quality and flavors. The beautiful view added a special touch to the dining experience, making it even more memorable. I tried their shrimp quesadilla, which was generously portioned and cut into thirds, priced at US $22. It came with a tasty combination of beans, guacamole, chips, and a decently spicy pico de gallo – a delightful mix of flavors and textures. As for drinks, the Modelo Negra was a great choice and very reasonably priced at $4.70. A helpful tip for future visitors: check with the staff if they accept credit cards to avoid any inconvenience, as I noticed a few patrons having awkward moments due to the lack of cash. The restaurant operates in both cash and pesos primarily, the staff told me the internet at their establishment is too unreliable to regularly accept. It was clear that they value good customer relations, as every kind gesture was met with equal, if not more, kindness from them. Overall, my experience here was outstanding, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great seafood, a lovely atmosphere, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be returning!
