Dairy Queen - Terrell

If I could give them a rating of 10, I absolutely would. I took a group of 14 special needs individuals for ice cream, and although there were only 2 workers on duty, they were incredibly busy yet still managed to provide excellent service to us and the other customers. We truly appreciated Mike (who is in the picture in the back) for the special care he showed each one of us. The establishment was very clean, making for a wonderful experience! We will definitely return!

The service was quick and friendly, and the food was served hot and fresh. Of course, the dipped ice cone wasn’t warm, but that’s expected! The staff were welcoming and made the experience enjoyable. This Dairy Queen is a fantastic place to grab a meal while traveling, and I highly recommend it.

The food was freshly hot, just like always. I observed that not just D.Q., but all fast food places seemed to be short-staffed. This resulted in a slightly longer wait for my food, but I really want to commend the staff for their hard work in delivering the best experience possible. I will definitely be returning!
