Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Terrell

It's a nice Braum's, what more can you say? I like their sandwiches and ice cream. They're usually really fast about service. The only things I wouldn't order there are the chicken fingers and tacos. Parking: The only time you might have to park somewhere else is on a super busy day, like a holiday. It will probably be packed on July 4th or any of the hotter evenings when people crave ice cream. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs. The entrance and parking lot are nice and float. The doors slide open.

Braum’s has been our favorite ice cream store since we first arrived at Ft. Sill, OK over 22 years ago. Now, that we are in Forney, TX, we treat ourselves periodically to the delicious ice cream and food at the Braum’s location in Terrell, TX. We love the quality of the food at such a great price.

Crazy and very chaotic when trying to place 4 ice cream orders. Staff would take one order, complete it then dissappear as well as the other 3 staff after completing each order. I told waiter I had 4 orders at the beginning. I understand making one order at a time but not walking away until all orders are done. Still love your ice cream the best for a chain store but service needs to be worked on please. Will just use the drive Thursday from now on.

Arrived well before closing time and the staff was trying to kick us out before we had even received our food.

The food was good for a cheap price but the cleanliness was not good, flies were everywhere bothering me while I was trying to eat my food!!!
