Had the filet mignon ravioli which were very good and lamb, also good. Large wine selection and that's all it's got. Again good but not sure a 300$ bill for 2 is worth it.
There were some good reviews about this Italian restaurant, so decided to give it a try. We love Italian food, have been to Italy several times so we knew what to expect. The decor is very nice and modern, however, seats and banquettes were too low for the table. Started with a complimentary appetizer of bruschetta with diced pepper and mango.....then a cream of carrot soup followed by main course of pasta with a ragout of filet mignon and another of pan seared cod on a bed of pureed sweet potatoes. Waitress offered one slice of bread...olive, cheese and a few others, but no real Italian bread. Once finished you were offered a refill. Wine list had a large choice, most being $60 and up. Desserts were pricey for what they were. Overall, food was good, however, far from being what we know as Italian...... Total bill with tip $240 for two.....pricier than I would have expected to pay for a good Italian meal elsewhere.
A jewel in an unexpected place. Just off the bridge you find the most delicious food served with attention. The specials of the day are always a discovery. Bon appétit.
Exquisite cuisine and sophisticated atmosphere. Highly recommended for dining for two or celebrating with 100 family members and friends. Top wine selections; Wine Spectator Award of Excellence multiple consecutive years.
Very good food. Fashionable. Italian, a bit too classy, cold ? On the pricey side.
