Food is always good here. I like their breakfast a lot. Chili dogs and burgers as well. My favorite are the nerd slushies
Usually great but last Friday (1/8/21) the girl didn't even know she hadn't given us our food. Trued to give me someone's milkshakes...this at drive thru
I mean as Sonic 's go it meets all the standards...but today felt like a couple of space cadets were working. I ordered via the App and the App clunked out on the final approach. I knew the order was paid for via my receipt but wasn 't sure if my order got through. I drive up and the app is still spacing out so I pressed the red button and they said they got it. In the meantime, I wanted one more item not listed on the app. Told the employee and she said, sure they would bring out my online order with this order. A long wait and finally my order made there shows up but not the online order. I reminded the employee was met with blank stare but she agreed to check. While I was waiting I overheard the car next to me, express a similiar frustration. They had 2 orders, but only one delivered. Next, a different employee shows up with a tray of things (not mine) and gave me 2 of the three items I had ordered through the app. The rest of the stuff was for the other car. I have to wonder if my stuff was mixed up with theirs...did they also get shorted? Another wait. At last on the third trip I got the final item. It was very strange how disorganized they were. I 've used this Sonic, several times, and other than leaving out an entire order of corndogs (4) they 've managed to get it right. But I also used the drive thru and not the 'drive in '. Who knows maybe that is the difference. I never complained about the missing corndogs it was a big order and I tend to be forgiving...but after today 's 'Who 's on First ' I wonder is management is aware how untrained the employees appear to be.
Our visit left us on crisis. They urged my son and me to have a supersonic day, but I'm not sure how to do that, or whether or not it would be safe to do with a two-year-old.
