U' Rais - TERMINI IMERESE

The worst service we have ever had. Seven of us ordered dinner, two of us received the pasta we ordered after 40 minutes of waiting, the other 5 people waited another 40 minutes for the pizza. The waiters just wandered between the tables, they didn't even know why they were going or where. Even in the cheapest, simplest place, we received much nicer service and tastier food in Sicily than in this restaurant. We are very disappointed.

My husband and I stopped here by chance whilst we were driving in the area. We shared a platter of local cheeses and meats for a starter and we were blown away with the quality of the produce. Everything was so tasty and it was a perfect start to lunch. We both then had a pasta main course, both different but both superbly cooked and thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. The service was lovely, attentive but not invasive. The lady who served us was very helpful and friendly. We ate our lunch with a beautiful view of the sea and coast line. I have no hesitation in recommending U'Rais as a great place to eat!

The food is incredible. It was so good we had to order two more starters after our main courses. The chef is a genius.
