Bruschetta was good and garlic mushrooms go really good as a pairing with the paella. I grew up in Spain n since going vegan I’ve only managed to get very bad paella but this place managed to make it flavourful, and got the rice the perfect consistency The allergens r clearly stated however don’t expect the waiters to know much about vegan, just use the menu and u will be fine

Este lugar es el destino clásico para los turistas en masa, con un menú centrado principalmente en carnes y pescados. Las opciones veganas son muy limitadas y desalentadoras: sopa de verduras, papas fritas, pasta de tomate. Con la intención de mantenerme saludable, pedí la sopa de verduras solo para descubrir que era horrible: extremadamente salada, demasiado espesa con harina, con apenas algunas verduras aburridas y sin vida dentro. This place is the classic place by mass tourists, with a menu basically based on meat and fish. Vegan options are very few and sad: vegetable soup, chips, tomato paste. I wanted to go to the healthy, I ordered the vegetable soup discovering it was horrid: super salty, dense with flour, with few vegetables dead of boredom inside. never again
