Did I mention that I was with my pregnant sister! And we also let the employee know and they did nothing about it. I have never had such a foul experience at a subway. This is the definition of a safety hazard. By the time I ordered my food it was too late, I had already paid the $22. Sincerely, a dissatisfied customer.
I ordered a 6 inch tuna sub which came out perfectly and then I also ordered a 6 inch meatball sub toasted. It was dry because there was no sauce on it just a few meatballs two slices of cheese and that?s it it was utterly gross and I threw it away but not before I took pictures of it. It?s bad enough I waited in line for 25 mins but then only to have wasted time and money on something I wasn?t able to eat. Ps there was only ONE young employee there and he moved slower than an elderly person.
Most Failed Meal The food was cold and it was full of onions no sauce and not toasted the tables are very dirty and I I asked the waiter to clean the tables and she refused there were no lids for the small cups I asked the waiter to give me a lid or give me the large cup but she refused and she told me that I need to pay for the large cup she make me pay for a tip that I don't want to pay for it I asked for sauce and she refused to give me it was a very bad experience.
I placed my order at 530pm for a pickup at 740pm. I get to the Subway to pick up my order to be told they have no bread. I didn't get a call, email nothing saying that my order couldn't be filled. On the app it states my order is ready. I ask for a refund and the employee tells me there is nothing she can do because she isn't a manager the manager already left for the day. I am still waiting to get a hold of someone for a refund for a meal over $60. Horrible customer service. We spent all day trying to help families in North Port after hurricane damage to thinking we're coming back to to pick up a hot meal to nothing!
This is the worst subway ive been to. The old man that works there has the most disgusting customer service. My son got yelled at for grabbing a cup but he was pulling up his pants with gloves and wiping his snobby nose in his sleeves. He was so concerned about the cups but not the cleanness of his service while making my sandwiches.
