Checkers - Temple Terrace

I had a craving for loaded fries for a few weeks, so I decided to give in. Very delicious. I took my time eating it. I think Checkers has the best fries in the industry.

People's inability to put paid-for items in a bag is always fascinating. They need to hurry up with the automation.

After standing at the window to order for over five minutes and being ignored by at least three employees inside, I got their attention and they informed me that they’re busy with the drive-thru. When I asked if they can at least acknowledge a waiting customer, a young lady told me that she’s the manager and she doesn’t have to acknowledge me and that she can just shut the order window in my face. October 15 around 3pm.

Had to return because no cheese and cold fries. So already had interaction with dude with dreads. He ok. But up in return other dude not cool. Told me didn't come with cheese. Told him said plus cheese

Walked up to the window to get food. Didn't even take my order for almost 10 minutes. They took multiple cars orders and the only reason I went to the window wasn't as due to the fact that I had multiple orders. They would have served me faster had I stayed in the drive through. Once they took forever to take my order, they messed my order up and I knocked on the window. Had to knock twice since they ignored me the first time. They came up all upset, I wasn't even able to say a single word when they snatched the receipt from me and told me they're going to refund my order. Funny when they messed up my order. And they decided they didn't wanna give me food. The guy was definitely in a bad mood and he did not have to put that on me. Very unprofessional and honestly very rude.
