The staff at this location have poor customer service. I have been working in the area and stopped in for lunch for my crew. The restrooms are under lock and key and they said only paying customers can us. I wanted to wash hands before I ordered, so once order was ready I could begin to eat my chips. The one staff person told me you have to send money first then had the nerve to shake the tip box at me when paying. The sandwich shop owners need to either retain staff or loose their franchise.
My experience was not good because I heard on tv if you buy 2 foot long subs the cost would be 2 for 10.00, it did not mention anything about use the app or ordering on line. When I got to the register the cashier charged me $25.43. I should have paid something like $20 plus change. I think that I was cheated.
Poor costumer service I got what I wanted on my sandwich and he tried to put tomato?s and I said no I don?t want that and he got mad I asked for mayo he told me no because he started cutting and I wasn?t done with my toppings then when I got to the front to pay he started looking me in my eyes like a weird moment and started speaking his language never again they need to be shut down.
We are in covid season it is Dec 4,2020 4:20pm and while sitting at the table eating my food the guy who rang me up had his mask off his nose and now he has no mask on and was putting food out without one had I known before entering I would not have come here we are in Covid-19 season and he is putting everyone at risk no mask up he does not deserve our business..
