Boba Express - Temple City

While passing through the area, we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a tea shop located on the bustling Las Tunas street. This cozy spot is a family-owned business that could use your support. The shop offers plenty of seating both at the front and back, and there is ample parking available in the back lot or if you're lucky, you might find street parking too. We tried the brown sugar boba milk tea, which was absolutely delicious. The brewed tea aroma was distinct and the boba was perfectly soft and chewy. The lychee slush with rainbow jelly was just as refreshing as its name suggests. Even our little ones, the wolf pups, had nothing but positive things to say about the drinks - they simply said, "Mmmmm... it's gooooood."

I have been coming to this restaurant since middle school and the drinks are still amazing and affordable. It used to be a family-owned business but may have changed ownership or been passed down the family. Nonetheless, it remains a fantastic small business. The service is still excellent. There is a nice back area with plenty of seating, outlets, and wifi. It is usually peaceful except when the local schools are out. It is one of my favorite places to study! I highly recommend trying the honeydew milk tea, matcha with red bean, and lemon wintermelon tea.

The drinks were good, but I had to wait 20 minutes for mine.

I stopped in for a quick drink during my work break and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious avocado drink. They use real avocados, not just powder like some other places. While I was waiting outside, someone noticed my shirt and grabbed my business card. It was a win-win situation at this charming establishment. I always love supporting small businesses!

Variety of drinks to choose from; which is a plus. Good place to study. My drink took a while to make, but overall would return. Good customer service and had lots of good snacks as well!
