I love Panera but it does get expensive with 3 kids. I have their rewards thing and sometimes that helps. I have been using my credit card reward points to get gift cards. I feel fancy and healthy when I eat there. When I order for pick up , they are always on time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This Panera is awful. You wait AT LEAST 20 minutes in the drive-thru no matter what you order, they ALWAYS mess up orders. I can’t even count on 2 hands how many times they’ve messed up my order. They’re also always out of ingredients ??? Idk if there’s no management at this location or what, but this Panera is legitimately terrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Never have I waited 20+ minutes for a small cup of soup.. horrible service time Service: Take out
