Clem Mikeska's -b-q - Temple

I had an excellent barbecue experience. I ordered Clem's sausage along with a side salad and a loaded baked potato, as well as some tea and two rolls. I was hungry but not overly so, so the children's menu worked perfectly for me, which was a nice bonus. Our waitress, Hazel, was very competent, friendly, and truly a delight. Thanks to Hazel for her wonderful service and to the kitchen for the great food! The atmosphere was rustic and charming, filled with many antiques.

In 2022, you have to check out Big Texas! The BBQ is absolutely delicious, and the large rustic dining room creates a great atmosphere for dining. Our waitress was incredibly sweet, and the service was impressively fast. To top off the evening, the pecan pie with butter pecan ice cream was the perfect finishing touch!

The turkey was fantastic—so juicy! What truly made my experience enjoyable was the delicious sides. The rolls had a nice spicy kick, the corn on the cob was incredibly tender, and the broccoli salad had a delightful crunch to it. The decor is quite vibrant, always giving you something to talk about! Our waitress, Stephanie, was attentive and very friendly, keeping our drinks filled without us having to ask. I apologize for not taking a photo until we had already dug into half the meal!

First and foremost, The I was blind sided with the creativeness put into the restaurant entire awesomeness building inside and out side too. The Ambiance holds top praise, (IT IS RARE) Our Compliments goes to your Chefs! as it was simply the best chicken fried steak dinner we 've had in decades!! The Service awesome.! High note ~Employees did not seem to be bothered of the fact that were the last guests to roll in and rolled happily rolled out after closing~.~100% repeat visit ASAP ,.
