They were short handed so they did the best they could. The food was good.

We placed our food order an hour before our scheduled pickup time of 5:45pm. The restaurant was not busy at all, but we were not greeted upon arrival. After waiting 15 minutes, I inquired about my order on the screen, and it took an additional 20 minutes for them to prepare my small order.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and efficient in resolving any issues. Their customer service is top-notch. PS: They should consider training the staff at the neighboring Popeyes.

I waited 15 minutes for my chicken nuggets, and by the time I got them, my fries were cold. I wouldn't return to that restaurant.
