White Castle - Tempe

Kiosk ordering and they didn't have certain foods the other locations have. They have a limited menu. You can't even see if it's clean because you're shielded from everything you should be able to observe. You have to walk around to the side, outside to pick up the food. The building is old. It was an awful experience. They'd get 0 stars if we could.

This is horrible food . Waited 45 minutes for cold food the was supposedly just cooked and cheese wasn't even melted . Do not go here !!!!!! Waste of money .... Don't do it .... Food is always good at the one in scottsdale .

Ordered on doordash, burgers were burnt and my wife and I ended up with intense food poisoning. I would recommend going to the location in Scottsdale vs. using this ghost kitchen.

My sister I both order with their app at the same time, we both got a pick up time of 12:15pm. Her food was ready in the Locker when we went to pick it up. My food was delayed at first 10 min, which is fine I get it. But then 20 min passed by, 30 min pass by, then 1 hour and still no food. We literally got ROBBED by White Castle. There was no body to talk to, the number they give you never answers. So after about 90 min we decided to leave because I noticed people who had order after me were getting their food. There was doordash/ubereats drivers who were also waiting for food they was probably never going to come out say that this place after 12am is a total mess and that they do whatever orders they want.

Always fun to go to when you want to take a ride. My kids loved the little burgers and dessert.
