Wendy's - Tempe

I’ve been waiting here for 20 minutes for breakfast. We ordered online, and we still haven't received any food. There’s no line at the drive-thru, and there are at least four people in the kitchen. We only ordered two breakfast sandwiches and some drinks. I'm already on my second drink refill. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn’t recommend coming here—you'll be late for work.

This is the best fast-food spot in the area. Whenever I swing by for my favorite Wendy's meal, there's usually a line at the drive-thru. However, they move quickly. The staff is friendly, and the burgers are pretty good!

The air conditioning at this location has been out for at least a week. The staff seem visibly stressed, with red faces and an exhausted appearance. I reached out for a call from the Market Manager on July 14th, but I haven’t received any response yet. It might be time to consider contacting the news stations about this situation.

Was a little disappointed. Ordered 2, ten piece spicy chicken nuggets. They gave me regular nuggets. It was night so, only drive-thru was open. Line was to long to go back for exchange so, begrudgingly ate what I had.

Starting off there is always going to be mistakes that happen from both sides, but when the girl at the speaker says pull to the first window I got there and there was no one there so I go to the second window and she says you were supposed to go to the first window. Okay I don 't think I was the first person this has happened to this happens all the time so I ask if I need to pull around and she says well uh yeah so I said forget it because I thought about and it is just fast food I can go somewhere else then proceeds to say I can take it right here actually why wouldn 't you just say that in the beginning rather than letting it escalate you wasted my time and yours. The manager with the blonde hair blue nails You should really set an example to your employees to learn to treat others the way you would like to be treated, it 's simple you listen apologize and lastly you solve I get it would 've been a little extra hassle but In the end from experience it 's a job and if you really can 't do simple functions it reflects who you really are as a person and you can always get your resume and go apply elsewhere that isn 't food related.
