Tres Kitchen+ - Tempe

Everything was great! I was pleasantly surprised that there was a live musician for our Valentines dinner. However the service was lacking, I know it’s Valentine’s Day and its a busy night, coming from a restaurant background I try and be understanding, but the service just wasn’t there for me. I’ve been before for happy hour and it’s great, I’m not sure if they were understaffed or our server was just new. But other diners around us complained about the slow service as well. All in all I would keep coming back for the outstanding food. I’m just a little wary on how long I’ll be waiting to get the food.

We came here for Valentine’s Day dinner; we chose to come here again because our previous happy hour was great. Sadly, our Valentine’s Day dinner was horrible! I ordered the Shrimp Grits dish, which was not good at all. My husband ordered the steak and we waited almost an hour and a half and his dish NEVER came. We were so disappointed with the evening.

Food was outstanding Better time management between courses reflects the overall experience

We went for Valentine's Day and there was live music. The ambience was nice and the food was delicious. This place has a nice patio for our beautiful spring weather. The service was spotty and the food came out at random times. We discussed this with the manager and he did eventually make this right. I would return again in hopes that the details were worked out. The food was delicious and overall it is a very nice place.

We went to Tres Kitchen for an early dinner on Valentine's Day. Both the food and the service were excellent. We sat outside and enjoyed that. We left before the live music started. We had a combination of small and medium plates for sharing. The dates and the salmon en papillote were especially good.
