Tom's Bbq Chicago Style - Tempe

The wife and I try new restaurants every chance we get, and decide if they're worth going back to. Tom's BBQ is on a very short list we've been going to for decades. My personal favorite, rib tips and potato chips extra crispy. The wife loves the catfish with red beans and rice. Our favorite employee Billie is a hoot. Treats everyone like family. The rest of the staff are great, never had a problem with anything.

The woman who helped me (I think her name is Bobbi) made my day she was so kind fun and thoughtful. She made everyone who walked in feel special. I’ll definitely return. I had the Italian Beef Chicago style… I’m hungry just thinking about it.Food: 5/5

This place is awesome! Staff is friendly and courteous. The Tom's Pride and Joy is the best thing on the menu (in my opinion) everytime I go here I debate what to get and always come back to the Pride and Joy. You definately will want to try this place.Oh, and the portion size, you will not go away hungry!

First visit 2 weeks ago had a delicious pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw! Returned again today and had the loaded baked potato topped with burnt ends..tasty! My partner had the catfish, we both loved it. Also their hushpuppies are the BEST!Billie provides excellent, welcoming service...so friendly personable! We will be back soon :

If you are in need for BBQ this is the place! First time visit and wow! Billy (I think she’s the manager) after finding out this is our first visit, brought us some samplers so we could experience the full Chicago BBQ and what experience it was. Stop by get the great food and enjoy the conversation with Billy (that’s a must)
