The Buffalo Spot Tempe

Food was great but the service was like speaking to unmannered child. Even one of the workers was on their phone. Unfortunately they violated DoorDash’s policy of fountain drinks since I don’t have a food handling license as well as not notifying me when the food was ready.

Ordered a caesar salad wrap i got there and told me they didn’t have caesar dressing? this is like management 101, you take it off the online ordering…The best part was the snarky girl at the counter is trying to tell me that your system cant take things off the online menu. Unfortunately, I’m fully aware you use payTronix and you can definitely go in your system and take menu items off for as long as you please.!!! please retrain your staff and stay up on your 86 items. again restaurant 101edit: after reading all the other negative reviews, I shouldn’t have even bothered with this place !!!!

The Buffalo Spot is an awesome place to grab a bite to eat quickly. They have a ton of different sauce flavors to choose from as well as boneless or bone-in wings, Buffalo fries, and much more! The wait was a little longer than I hoped for but otherwise it was a great experience!

First time my husband in. We were greeted by Ellie. Since it was our first time Ellie explained the menu and also allowed us to try a couple of the sauces and also threw in a couple fries to try the sauces. Just got our food and it’s great! Just as great as the service. Thanks again Ellie we’ll be back first sure.

Update: I went to pick up the missing lunches since they were already paid for, and they still messed it up. Unbelievable! ZERO STARS.
