The kids that work here get my order wrong 80% of the time. It's super annoying. Aren't you all supposed to be super intelligent ASU students? But yet fail to give out the right sandwich or drink order? No clarifying questions to help dictate a correct order??? They definitely NEVER provide napkins for food items. I don't know why I tip either. That almost ensures a wrong order. Still I will keep coming here bc it's in my neighborhood. But I can complain on Google at least LOL bc I doubt the kids that work here will care.

I think I got the best coffee I have ever had from a Starbucks here. I don't want to finish it and came to yelp just to review how good it is. The staff was kind, quick, and clearly diligent because this iced brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk tastes like they followed the recipe to a tee. Bravo

Asked for one breast breakfast sandwich received a breakfast sandwich and a bagel which did not have cream cheese either, was charged for it My iced caramel macchiato was 90% milk and the guy who was speaking drive-through was rude because I asked what sandwiches he had. Bad customer service in this location is usually out of everything
