Qdoba Mexican Eats - Tempe

I recently purchased a gift card online through the website because Qdoba is one of my favorite restaurants. I arrived at this location, waited 20 minutes in line, and then was told that this location DOES NOT honor gift cards and I would have to pay by cash/card. This SHOULD be advertised on their website(s). This location receives less than one star for false advertising and will not receive my business again.

Qdoba is typically decent food at expensive prices. but i went to grab food after class at 7:30pm, waited in line for several minutes, and they had no white rice and no veggies.. didn't make it any farther than that, so not sure what else they might've been out of, but everything looked pretty scarce. they were breaking down and cleaning up. i came on here to check their hours, expecting that they must be closing soon, and it says they're open until 10pm??? so either they have the wrong hours on google maps, or they just had no intention of providing full service the rest of the time they were open.. bummer

Amazing food. This restaurant employs students and they do a great job. The chicken bowl is just perfect. Special shoutout to Varsha and Smitha

Food is ok!! I'm giving 1 star for the attitude of a staff member while serving me today!!! Today (07/05/2022) at around 12:45pm a tall guy, skinny wearing a cap and a mask very arrogantly told me to keep my hands within the glass when I was pointing out what i wanted in my bowl. My hand wasn't even inside his working space, just an inch outside of the glass to point out what I wanted, I've done this before too!!! In fact everyone does this when they're pointing out what they need in their bowl/wrap!!! Please ask your servers to be kind, friendly, behave themselves not speak to customers in a commanding tone. This is just my review not any complaint. !!!!!

Respectfully, the food is decent, but not anything amazing. Tastes quite bland due to the lack of freshness. Quick to get sick of eating it. Could use fresher ingredients than to leave food outside all day. At times, you get more or less food portion sizes for the same price. Quick to run out of items so make sure to come earlier in the day or you may wait up to 20mins (if they decide to restock, that is). There?s better Mexican food places in the city
