Johnny Rockets - Tempe

Stopped in here to eat as we didn't want anything from the food court. Our server was really nice, he joked with us and was overall really friendly. Food was pretty good, a little pricey for what it is. A pretty small menu but the store is small so what do you expect. It was clean and had a diner type of feel.

Johnny Rockets is your quintessential classic soda fountain experience. They served us all great malts (milkshakes) and burgers! JR's has a new plant-based menu...which is like decaf coffee at Starbucks, but nonetheless the veggie burg was pretty tasty. This location in AZ Mills mall was packed. They have a small-ish dining area and the noise level is up there. The service was pleasant and efficient, and a good time was had by all!

Great fries and chicken strips. So weird y'all would charge food customers a 4% charge when every other restaurant doesn't and you couldn't split the tab for couples. It had to be all on 1 tab.

Great place for a shake. I tried the new strawberry chocolate shake and it was very delicious. Service was also great. However, I wasn't a big fan of the burger and bacon cheese fries that I ordered. It was quite a bit overpriced compared to taste and quantity.

Great service, children were happy, and eating was delicious. I highly recommend the bbq ranch bacon burger with chili cheese fries. they give them all the container after they have made the shake, so it feels like they get two shakes.
