Gordon Biersch Brewery Tempe

We had a reservation downtown, but the restaurant was unexpectedly closed. We were surprised to find that OpenTable was still allowing us to make a reservation. We ended up driving to the SanTan location instead. The food was decent, but the service was mediocre. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The restaurant had been closed for over a month, which resulted in a negative review. The fact that OpenTable allowed a reservation to be made at a closed restaurant, and then followed up with a request for a review, speaks volumes about the reliability of the OpenTable application. I am extremely disappointed with OpenTable's service and will make sure to express my dissatisfaction with them.

Unfortunately, this restaurant is no longer in business. It closed down at the beginning of July. It seems that Open Table has not been notified of this closure. It would be best to remove it from their list. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

I made a reservation for 8:15pm, and when I got there the place was closed

Traveled across town to find out the restaurant was closed. Why would you still take reservations for a store that closed? Happened to me in San Francisco and again in Palo Alto. Very disappointing.
