I really enjoyed the pastrami sub sandwich; it was delicious, but I couldn't finish it all! The food is always great, so thank you for that. I usually visit on the day we honor our 19 firefighters who bravely fought for our city. I won't forget their sacrifice. Thanks for your service!

I just wanted to take a moment to call an excellent worker at this place. sean, you were fantastic! I ordered a catering order last minute and sean swallowed the day and saved! for the case that they want to order catering from fire house, they need a 24-hour notification. I was under the 24 hour mark when I had abandoned my order, but sean was super courteous and even took the time to help me adjust the order since the website. when I arrived sean and conner, helped me to take all the articles into my car and made the whole experience 5 stars!

Would have given Firehouse stars..BUT...one huge issue. I ate a M 8 sub and was still hungry. So I ordered a $5 BOWL of Mac n cheese. The bowl was pretty small but I was hungry even despite the high value for such a little serving. I get my mac n cheese and it's HALF full/empty. I was already a little annoyed spending $5+ on a bowl of mac and cheese. Then it's not even 60% full..? Complete BS to rape someone so bad on a $5 bowl and not even fill it. I called another firehouse and they confirmed they only fill the bowls half way. Don't advertise $5 for a bowl WITH the bowl on display on the counter to have someone pay and give it to them half empty. Shame on a company to do that. Here's a photo of it untouched. Id honestly expect a $5 refund or credit or I most likely won't be stopping at any firehouse again any time soon.
