Firehouse Subs Mill Towne Center

This location really just seems to be going down hill fast. First thing I noticed when my wife and I walked in on Sunday was we were not greeted with the welcome to firehouse . In fact there were 3 employees standing behind the counter and not me even acknowledged us until we walked to the cashier to order. The other two employees were playfully flirting with each other. The 2nd thing we noticed was how dirty the place was. There were crushed chips scattered in the floor. There was also empty boxes just stacked by one of the trash receptacles. There was no one in the restaurant when we walked in and for 3 employees just to be standing around as when there is a mess just doesn 't seem right. After ordering we sat down and waited for our food. About a min later another employee walks in the door and yells, if y 'all need me I 'll be out here watching the game . A few mins later she comes back in from outside yelling look at this sh*t, look at this sh*t to which all the employees in the store stopped making the sandwiches and went to the corner to watch what was on her phone. The girl employee that came in continued to use bad language. Either no regard for customers in the store or she just didn 't care. A few mins later the employees got back to work but the employee that was on her phone continued to be on her phone until she left for the day. During all of this I witness 3 customers come in and not one of them was greeted. Food is good but there really needs to be a supervisor in duty to manage employees.

Tried to walk in and order a sandwich from this location today, but the doors were locked. I looked inside and saw all of the employees sitting inside at a table doing nothing. All of them started to visibly laugh at me, so I walked away. It wasembarrassing and honestly, I won?t be coming back. There wasn?t even a sign indicating why it was closed.

Food was on point and service excellent. We were greeted up on walking in and at the register, my husband and I split our meals as seen in photo

The dining experience was exceptional, both in terms of the food and the service. We were warmly greeted as we approached the register. My partner and I shared our meal, and as shown in the photo, it was delightful. Regarding parking, there are plenty of spots available, but be mindful that some may not be easily accessible. Fortunately, there is a good ramp available for wheelchair access.

The food was enjoyable, but it could have used a bit more seasoning. The parking situation was a bit challenging, as the spaces were smaller than expected.
