Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe manager was rude. There was no one in line and she was rushing her cashier to count the 10 coins I gave him (at 10:30 AM so they weren't close to closing or anything). They messed up my order, and when I asked the manager for it to be corrected, she acted like it was my fault. (I asked for a bagel untoasted and cut, but in her rush she handed me an uncut bagel from the basket and proceeded to act like I never asked for it to be cut in the first place). Eventually I got my bagel, but it was clearly a negative customer experience... 2 stars for the nice employee who actually read the order and had a cut bagel ready when the manager went to fix my order (African American guy with the tats nicest guy everytime I go)
Idk man, the staff was rude and short and the toasted bagel I got was cold. I know it's a small detail but I ordered a latte with caramel and they gave me a caramel macchiato, but a problem, they're pretty much the exact same thing, except my drink was SO sweet I could barely drink it and the macchiato is more expensive... so I got overcharged... anyway, I think I'll just stick to the Starbucks downstairs from now on. honestly, id rather go to the pod
The manager is so rude they gave me the wrong item and I told them it was incorrect. They gave me so much attitude and the manager then told me I need to be clearer next time. Please treat your customers better

I waited 45 minutes in total for a cold pizza bagel. why are there only 3 workers running the place at peak time?
