Przekaż informację zwrotnąUnfortunately, this location is struggling overall. I visited three times this week and each time the restroom, lobby and front area haven't been cleaned. All three times never greeted or acknowledged. The same stains from Monday are still present on front door and windows. Trash, crumbs and stains all over floor and employee area. I ordered Munchkins each time and still dry not fresh. Hopefully, Ownership gets involved and starts to address Operational standards. I understand 80% of the business is drive thru but have some integrity.
I don’t normally leave reviews however, I live 2-minutes away from this Dunkin and have had the worst experience my last three visits. First, I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. I waited patiently for 15-minutes and only asked for an update once. After asking again, they set my mobile order on the To-Go shelf. This same drink and sandwich have been sitting behind their machines for over 10-minutes? Even after I asked about it and everything, they still left it sitting out out of reach. Coffee had melted ice and the food was cold. This is also when I noticed their B-Rating inspection sign. My second visit I was told by the drive-thru that we only had one drink ordered. We even showed her it was two of the same drink, one was just a free reward. Instead of holding the line up and being late for work, we drove away and lost our free drink. Luckily Dunkin support gave it back after I put in the request. This last visit was very upsetting… waited 10-minutes at the drive through window for one sandwich, was told we didn’t have any drinks, proceeded to show them (correct address, order date, ect) and they finally gave us the drink. Said they couldn’t make us a pup-cup because they were too busy. I understand customer service can be very busy and stressful, but at some point, something gotta be fixed. Drove an extra 7 minutes to another Dunkin and they’ve been perfect!
One time I loaded a $50 Dunkin' gift card for my peers and no one took me up on it. LOL. It took me a good year to get through it because I don't go to Dunkin' very often, and if I do, it's definitely NOT for the doughnuts. I'll go out of convenience for a cheap coffee- $2-4. There are specials if you download the app, like $3 Medium Iced Cold Foam Cold Brew (or something like that). The coffee is VERY sweet so I tend to order my mediums with only 2 pumps of syrup because that's plenty! The avocado toast is meh- but it's also only $3.39 (for basic avocado toast, $4.39 for Bacon topped avocado/avocado and roasted tomato). Definitely tastes like the avocado spread you buy in the produce section and not fresh avocado. The breakfast taco was actually decent but it seems like it was a limited time only offer. Breakfast sandwiches are decent but you'd get a better deal at McDonald's. Doughnuts are hit/miss- I find that they're usually stale, day old doughnuts. I do NOT get doughnuts from Dunkin' unless it's Doughnut Day and they're offering free doughnuts with a drink lol. PSL lovers, looks like pumpkin spice is already available! $4.79 for a medium.
Love this location! They were short staffed, but helpful, kind and still rocking the morning rush like it wasn't an issue. Ty! ?
I am so tired if how inconsistent my food is there. I go there multiple times a week for my breakfast and i order the same things each time. Today I decided to be very specific and somehow they still managed to mess up my order and try to forget my donut orders. When I first ordered my Avocado toast it came actually toasted and then somehow each day for weeks they have decided no to toast the bread at all. So now when I order Avocado toast they hear me order avocado bread. I said today please make sure it is toasted . Not a single bit of this bread is warm or toasted. What else can I donor say?!?! Every day its the exact same way. These workers do not care about their customers at all. Im tired of being a loyal customer to a location that doesn 't give a damn.
