Donut Parlor - Tempe

These donuts were delicious! While stopping at Costco to get cheap gas off the autobahn, we noticed this place next door. We tried the famous apple fritter and blueberry donuts, as well as some of their other tasty options like lemon poppy flower, cruller, and maple old fashioned. Everything was good, but the standouts for me were the blueberry and lemon donuts for their moist texture and wonderful flavors – perfect for a hot day. Fruit donuts are definitely their specialty! The service was friendly and personal as well. It's no surprise this place is highly regarded. After using their restroom and refueling for the road ahead, we were ready to tackle the nine-hour drive home with our donut-filled bellies satisfied.

While everything was tasty, the blueberry and lemon poppyseed stood out to me for their moist texture and unique flavors—perfect for a warm day. Fruit doughnuts are the way to go! The service was friendly and attentive as well. It's easy to see why this place is so highly praised. After using their restroom, we got back in our car with our stash of doughnuts conveniently within reach to enjoy during our nine-hour drive home.

The donuts at this restaurant are consistently fantastic, especially their cake donuts. The blueberry donut is the best I have ever tasted. I had the lemon poppyseed donut for the first time today and it could possibly be the best thing I have ever eaten. The staff at this establishment are always friendly and amazing.
