Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tempe

We have always got a great service when we have visited. eating is also super and always fresh.

I love Chipotle, this location is a little on the busier side because it’s next to ASU but the quality of food is not as good as it could be. They are either out of a bunch of things and don’t make new batches of food or cook too much that it sits out and makes the food taste burned from sitting on the line for so long. The reason I’m reviewing today is because I’m upset that the side of queso I received was filled up halfway and it was an item I paid extra for. When I was a kitchen manager at chipotle I was trained to fill it with 2 scoops for sides of queso, not sure if the rules changed or if they just didn’t have enough to spare. Either way I wish I would’ve known that it was going to be that little of a portion before adding it to my pick up order because I wouldn’t have got it. This chipotle is convenient because it’s at The Tempe marketplace but if you’re searching for good quality chipotle choose a different one.

If you order online you get 1/2 a portion for a higher price tag. Seems like lazy unprofessional people behind the counter but Uber said portions are “up to vendor discretion”.I will be showing up and sending the side by side photo of my order inside to my order delivered and sending it to the branch manager. Waste of 20$

You're getting exactly what you expect, and I like the Burrito customization. The staff is usually very friendly, the place is always clean, and they move through the line quickly.

We have gone here many times and they are always awesome! Their employees are really nice and helpful and the food is so yummy. It's probably my favorite chipotle location!
