Hands down the most ghetto fast food place I 've ever been to. I 've seen more than one screaming match going on between employees and customers, employees cussing at each other, and when you go through the drive thru they say what chu want that 's it! No hello, no welcome to burger king, no nothing. It makes you wonder how they treat the food if they care about the customer this little.
The experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. After being told I couldn't use the drive-thru for my mobile order, I had to come inside due to a knee injury. Trying to cancel my order through the app was impossible, and after waiting in line again, I waited an additional 20 minutes in the store only to be told my order had been cleared off the screen. The food I received was cold and unappetizing, while the rest of my order had been ready for over 30 minutes. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King, and I doubt I will be returning. The new management at this location seemed to be struggling, and the overall service was chaotic. This experience has not only left a bad taste in my mouth, but has also ruined the food ordered from other restaurants for my group. I will definitely be sharing this experience with others.
My father in law picks us up lunch once a month. He orders the bundle with 3 whoppers and 3 cheeseburgers. Asks for NO MAYO, CATSUP OR MUSTARD. HAVE YET TO GET AN ORDER CORRECT. Got 2 whoppers with catsup and mayo but no onions or tomatoes. What other orders dud they mess up? This might be the last time we order from here.
At the drive-thru, you will need to repeat your order multiple times before someone finally takes it. When you reach the window to pay, they will ask you what you ordered again. I found out they forgot my onion rings and only gave it to me after I double checked my bag. After the drive-thru, I inquired about my mobile order, and was told to wait. I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes to receive my order that I made while waiting inside the restaurant. I had to inform the staff that my order was ready when the cook called out my name. I spent almost $43 on cold, low-quality food, which I regretted paying for. This experience has made me lose interest in returning as a customer. I would rather drive 10 miles to Hamburger Haven in Mesa for some pricier but incredibly delicious burgers. Burger King, you did not deliver as promised.
