Starbucks - Temecula

I usually don’t visit Starbucks, but I was feeling hungry and wanted some coffee. I’m really glad I decided to stop by. The employee at the drive-thru was exceptional in terms of customer service, transforming an ordinary visit into something memorable.

The staff at this location is exceptionally friendly and brings a wonderful attitude. I think this is the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. They really make you feel welcome. Hats off to the management for creating such a positive work environment!

I had a fantastic experience with the chai tea latte and breakfast sandwich; both were exceptional. The service was excellent, too.

The service at Starbucks is consistently excellent. If you're not using a laptop, it's better not to take up a table that has a power outlet. For gold members, it would be fantastic to have the option to reserve a table, particularly for regular visitors. Also, if you have noisy children, please think about taking them outside. The ambiance here is intended for those who are focusing, thinking, or simply unwinding, and not everyone appreciates the sound of kids yelling.

Completely unacceptable! I just ordered my usual Danish, which usually comes without any black spots. It appears this location doesn’t prioritize cleaning their toaster oven. I will update this review once my issue is addressed.
