Rubio's Coastal Grill - Temecula

Food is always great! Chopped Salad is our favorite menu item. If you order take out always check your items though. The past two times we have been some items were left out but they remade the items for us no problem.

Fantastic meal and I love the different flavors sauces that were available. The staff was polite and establishment was kept very clean.

We had our first visit to Rubio's, and we absolutely loved it! The food was incredible, and we can't wait to return!

The food at this Rubio's location is generally quite delightful. I really enjoy the complex flavors, especially how the tacos often feature two different sauces along with other delicious components that enhance the main protein. The Gourmet Grilled Shrimp Taco is particularly standout. However, I was a bit let down by the Original Fish Taco I had yesterday; the beer-battered coating was entirely soggy, even though I ate it just five minutes after it was served. I'm not sure what caused that, but perhaps serving the sauces on the side could improve the situation? Going forward, I think I’ll stick with the grilled options, as they are so flavorful. The prices do seem a tad high considering the portion sizes. On a brighter note, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The grilled salmon burritos are amazingly tasty, and the shrimp tacos are excellent too. The service is prompt and extremely friendly.
