Pinnacle Falkner Winery - Temecula

This restaurant is at Falkner Vineyards in Temecula. View of the valley is great, and of the 25+ tables in the huge room, most have a good view. Christa did an admirable job, but most of her time and attention were on the food critics sitting at a nearby table. Drinks and food were okay.. noise from the few tables at 12:30p was distracting, and, at times, overwhelming.

Fantastic view. Memorable anniversary lunch. We really had a great time.

The restaurant was very unkempt looking, and did not have enough staff working. When we ate there for lunch, there was only one waitstaff person, waiting on at least 5 tables with 6+ people at each table, as well as 2 tables with 2 people each. We had to ask our wait staff person to turn on the A/C since it was so hot in the restaurant. That person said they couldn't ... only the owner at the winery could since he had the code for the A/C to turn it on. The food was fair and we ate quickly so we could leave and cool down outside of the restaurant. Our waitstaff person was very helpful and apologized for the uncomfortable room we were in. A very unappealing place. I do not recommend it.

Always a favorite for lunch and view. Menu is varied and with something for everyone.

The service and food are excellent, and the view overlooking the winery is very nice.
