Theodores Chip Stand - Temagami

The ice was good, but the customer service was terrible. Despite not being busy, we had to wait a long time for our ice orders. There were no napkins provided for our family, who ordered ice on a hot day. When I asked for napkins at the window, they gave me a hard time and were rude when I mentioned we needed more to clean up the mess caused by the ice melting. Their bad attitude throughout the whole experience has deterred me from returning.

I can't understand why a chip stand would choose to stop serving food while families are still there. Next year, we plan on visiting the new owners to try their food and ice cream.

The service was awful. The cashier was coughing and sneezing. It was disgusting.

I have fish and chips and fish was not properly cooked. I taste totally uncooked teig. I called her to let her know. I asked for extra tartaric acid sauce and I was told I had to pay extra, only for small sauce. a whole order comes with tiny package of wetar sauce

Very poor customer service, dirty tables (very reluctant to clean even though we are in the middle of a pandemic, reacted with a rude attitude when asked if I could clean with a disinfectant wipe) and food was cold after waiting mins, ordered just a small poutine and a small fry.
