The Brew House Bandar Rimbayu Flora

When we arrived at the restaurant, Mr. Gan was very rude and informed us that we couldn't be seated until 11:30 a.m. despite our arrival at 11:25 a.m. At exactly 11:30 a.m., we were finally allowed to enter and after a 10-minute wait, we were seated and ready to order.

The manager, Agnes, was extremely rude and even yelled at me in front of other customers. When one of their staff members (a supervisor) tried to calm me down, she also swore at him. What kind of service is this?

Went to Brew house rimbayu.. never been to any brew house branch.. if this going to be the service and conditions in all brew house than I don think so it's a good idea to be hang out. 70% of the menu item is 86!. All don't have, reason not enough staff.. The waiter did last call at 10.15pm, ask for brun cheese cake.. than the waitee said no more… More

I placed a phone order for takeaway and arrived at the restaurant after 20 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for nearly an hour, and the staff was not friendly. Overall, it was a terrible experience!

Ordered through phone earlier for takeaway reached the shop around mins but waited for almost hour and the staff wasn’t friendly .Terrible experience !!!
