Dave provided catering for our wedding dinner, and everything was absolutely delicious. He prepared the food at a ranch, bringing in all the necessary equipment, power, and water. The menu included a refreshing watermelon salad, lobster pasta, stuffed zucchini, and prime rib for the main course. During the cocktail hour, we enjoyed a delightful selection of charcuterie, crab cakes, and short ribs. Dave’s team of servers was also exceptional—very attentive, quick, and professional.

We hired Chef Jill for a small, intimate dinner following our elopement, and she was incredible! The food was outstanding, the service was flawless, and the cleanup was immaculate. I highly recommend her for your next event!

The entire experience was fantastic. It was refreshing not having to visit a restaurant. The food was delicious, and they left the kitchen cleaner than it was prior to cooking. We would definitely use their services again.
