Ordered two subs in drive thru. Got home and one was completely wrong and missing half the stuff. Bread on both was BURNT to the point of almost being inedible. Worst $35 experience. Won’t order again without seeing them make it.
She wouldn't honor the on-line promotion (599FTL),and she was rude and treated the gentleman that prepared the sandwich like a slave...she should be TERMINATED !
Horrible experience. I wanted something to eat when I got home. Used their drive thru kiosk and paid full price for one of their most expensive sandwiches. I go home and there is nothing on the sandwich except for cheese and meat. When I called to ask what I did wrong or to hear my receipt, they feigned ignorance and handle it with absolutely no skill. When I told them I was 30 mins away from that said location they offered zero help or assistance. I wish it was understaffed because that would make more sense. Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had.
Management is terrible here. Half the time there’s only one person working behind the counter even when super busy. Not to mention at night when it’s quiet they schedule young girls to work by themselves across from the truck stop. I noticed one of the managers is very rude to the employees. She always has her kid there, behind the counter etc.
