Ali's Kebab House - Teignbridge

Terrible experience! I ordered mixed kebabs and the beef cuts were the worst I've ever had - tough and inedible. The rest of the dish was overcooked. When I complained, they offered a discount on my next meal, but trust me, I will never be coming back. And to top it off, they only accept cash? Sorry, but there are much better dining options in Newton Abbot.

The food was not exceptional. The restaurant quickly answered the phone and delivered the order within 30 minutes. I ordered the large lamb doner, which had a lot of kebab meat but the coleslaw did not have mayonnaise. There was a limited amount of salad and the chili sauce seemed more like chili jam. The salad was fresh but didn't have a strong lamb flavor. My daughter's cheeseburger was not good and the chips were average. Overall, I probably won't order from here again. The prices were reasonable and the delivery staff was polite.

This was our first and last visit to this restaurant. We stopped by to grab a kebab on our way home. The initial impression was not impressive, but considering the shop had been around for a while, we expected the food to be good. We ordered two Donner Kebabs, and were disappointed to find that instead of the meat being placed inside the pita with the salad on top, they had simply placed a pita in the box and piled everything on top, without properly assembling the kebab. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and we would not consider returning in the future.

Sorry not a good eateryvas it used to be...chips were OK at least hot. The chicken kebab was awful .chicken was over cooked hard..and as for the salad it was non exsistant. .£12 for a load of rubbish to be honest was not impressed also they only take CASH.. yeh really there are losing out as a lot of people don't carry cash there problem I suppose .won't be back ..infact they should give me my £12 back. ..a load of nothing .suggest they get their act together

Do NOT use this place. Our food was 1 1/2 late. Cold and tasted disgusting. We tried to get a fresh order but they were useless. We ended up having a few mouthfuls and ended up really sick. Just vile. My dog didn’t even want it.
