Prime And Grill - Tehachapi

It's been awhile since I've had really good Indian food. I was so excited when I heard Tehachapi was getting a Indian restaurant. It is absolutely the best I've ever had. So much flavor, the naan was perfect. My son is very very picky about his fish. His words it was cooked perfectly flaky and not a over cooked mess. He had the appetizer and absolutely loved it. He can't wait to try more fish items from the menu.

My husband and I are truck drivers from Canada. We were craving a real meal. We've never eaten Indian food so didn't know what to order. The waiter was WONDERFUL to guide us into some dishes that we would be able to handle. He was a younger gentleman and so knowledgeable about the menue and foods flavors. He refilled our glasses the moment they were empty. The food came beautifully displayed and very hot! That flavors were very good multiple levels to every bite. A beginning, middle and end. I highly recommend you stop in and enjoy this gem of a place. It's a great dining environment, relaxed and friendly.

Food was really good. It was in the middle of nowhere and as we were traveling north, we were very amazed to find an Indian restaurant there in Tehachapi. Staff was really nice. And we ordered Gobi Manchurian for appetizer, paneer tikka masala, aloo naan and plain naan. We liked their spice level and the quantity. Would highly recommend. We would like to come back again!

The diner is very clean, inside and out. I walked in as though i had no knowledge of indian cuisine. I was greeted with warmth as I first came in by the amazing staff. I had set up a reservation on google maps. The staff was very knowledgeable about asking me the right questions and then came the good. Very delicious!! Authentic and absolutely delicious!!! Had an amazing experience. Well worth the price.

Best Indian food we've had in a while. Everything was delicious. The food was delivered in a timely manner and our waitress was great. We will be coming back again and again. The fish Tikka masala was the best I've ever had outside of India. The paneer Tikka masala was amazing and dal seemed to be flavored with cilantro and lime . 5 out of 5!
