The best sushi restaurant in Tehachapi! Everything here is fantastic. The salmon is delicious, and I highly recommend trying the deep roasted cheesecake—it’s also outstanding. I would definitely suggest visiting this place. The first picture features Miss Cracker, the second is Caviar Lover, and the third is Salmon Lover.

This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places in the city! I've tried many options, and this one stands out with its inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and, above all, fantastic sushi! The owners take the time to check in with diners to ensure that everyone is completely satisfied with their meals. I'm quite particular when it comes to fish, and they truly hit the mark! I highly recommend this spot!

The chef at Midori Sushi elevates the concept of “eating with your eyes” to a whole new level! We were served a dozen oysters, a beautifully presented sashimi plate, and exquisite monk liver.

Some have said that the sushi was just as good as Japan, well there are a lot of sushi places in Japan, so I think it could be with some of them. The selections are good, but not much a variation in fact, so it would take a nuanced palate to say the difference. But both a simple and exotic role tried to have been well done and worth the visit. The fried dumplings were pale and overdonated. The biggest problem is getting a bank loan for a modest dinner. Good service.

Great food and friendly service. Prices were a bit higher than I expected, but the taste and quality was all top notch.
