Butcher Shop - Tehachapi

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but my opinion changed today. When my wife asked how the sausage was cooked, the response was unhelpful. The server said we could eat it however we wanted, and when my wife expressed disappointment with the cake, they both laughed. It was unprofessional. Is this how they celebrate Father's Day?

I was searching for a steak and found one of the freshest cuts I've ever tasted at this restaurant.

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. They were able to accommodate my special order and it was delivered promptly.

The knowledge of the guys behind the counter are second to none. Never gone in and not been greeted and learned a new way to cook what ever meat I'm buying. If you don't see what your after ask. I'm always amazed at what they have in stock from fish to tenderloin.

The best place around for meats. High quality Meats are what you get here. It is a little more expensive than the supermarket, but the difference in quality is definitely noticeable. I highly recommend this place.
