Great value, very clean, fun atmosphere and very friendly staff

Nice Riverside location. Good food and drink. During these times worth noting well organised social distancing measures.

Dishonest service charges. Food and service were reasonable. Beer selection is good and the updated outdoor area is lovely for a nice evening. That said, we were only a table for 4 and had a reasonable evening, but sadly left unhappy. I paid my bill with a credit card and was prompted to add 10, 12.5 or 15%. Added 15%, but when I got back to my table, my wife pointed out that according to the very small print on a page of the menu you’re unlikely to read, a 12.5% charge had already been added to my bill. Effectively, I had paid 27.5% worth of tips? Really, if you’re already charging me 12.5%, your credit card machine should not be pushing me for preset amounts afterwards. Whether this is business policy, or the waiter trying their luck, I don’t know but I call it dishonesty and probably won’t come back if there is no explanation given. Daisy and deanna were excellent hosts! a limited parking space in front of the front, but there are more on the street. nice pub, right at the river, it is expensive, but for the location it is worth it. plus mama paid when it was my birthday dinner

The restaurant had a good balance of seating near the entrance, with seats well spaced and comfortable.
