The customer service was terrible, the manager who was really rude to me and my friend. she was also rude for her employees. all round bad workers. I worked at a wendys, so I ordered my favorite stuff. both really tasted bland and a little rough. in addition, the pommes green form has on a few of them. could be something else, but I usually don't expect to be green on my pommes.

Not happy I was told at the drive thru my coupons are no longer accepted. Been using them frequently. Next time put expiration dates on them. I declined buying anything when I found out the cost difference when unable to use my coupons.

Again, Incompetent staff could not even get a simple order correct, come on. This is not highly skilled tasks at handed.James the Managers solution was for me to driving 20 mins back to pick up what I already paid for. If you can't handle this job, my god what will you do when you have to do a real job. Pay attention, you are paid to do a simple job. Do well or go home.

Store declined to accept order 40 minutes before they close, that's ridiculous and couple days before, women was supper rude to customer that was in front of me, management watch who you hire! Another terrible location by Wendy's.
