The Fox & Firkin English Pub

The best fish and chips with mushy peas this side of Adelaide. Meals were served on time with a smile. My family enjoyed our meals a lot. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is a traditional old-style pub. I visited with some friends and enjoyed the lovely ambiance and atmosphere in the evenings. While the food options may not be extensive, what they do have is tasty. The staff are incredibly friendly and amazing!

Love this place, always a great family atmosphere. Food is quality pub and workers are super friendly and always chatty. It can get super packed especially on Sundays, but there plenty of seating inside, outside and upstairs. Food can be slow in peak time however it's always tasty when it comes out. Average pub price but plenty of meal options to choose from should be something there for everyone. Personally enjoy the Guinness pie or a chicken parmigiana

I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Sunday. Upon entering, I noticed the dim lighting and the eclectic decor, which added to the character of the place. We chose a table near the staircase and perused the menu, which offered a variety of options. We ultimately decided on the cod and chips and the beef schnitzel. When it came time to order drinks, my partner had trouble deciding on a beer. Thankfully, the bartender was very polite and provided details on the different beers, even offering a taste to help with the decision. The meals arrived promptly 15 minutes later, and we decided to share our dishes as we often do. The cod, served with mushy peas, was delicious and the fish was fresh and tender. The schnitzel was cooked to perfection and the Diane sauce was a nice touch. The restroom was also very clean. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

I really enjoy this pub because it has a traditional feel to it that I like. The menu consists of classic British pub food, although the only vegetable option is mushy peas. Despite this, they offer tasty pub classics that are good value for money.
