Old Town Grill - Tazewell

Open Prime Rib Sandwich. It was said that it was a piece of Prime Rib and Gravy about potatoes and bread. The meat was just crispy, potatoes were barely warm, and waitress scratched on her nostril. Wont be back.

Showed up after it was suppose to be ready,called and told them i was there. Waited 15 minutes and called back. Abd they told me it was coming out, 15 minutes later it showed up. I told the waitress that they must have forgotten my order and she said sometimes they do that. My mashed Potatoes was good but cold. Salad,fries and baked potato was good. Steak tips and sinful chicken was not. No rolls or napkins.

I don't understand the 3.9 stars, all restaurants have their off days. Had the catfish and slaw, very good to excellent. I'll be back for more chili it's awesome. You should try and decide for yourselves.

Went there to eat waiters we 're extremely nice ordered are food there was 8 of us 4 kids and 4 adults food came out cold and raw. Freezer cold pasta like it just came out the fridge. Ribs needs to say we won 't be back

UPDATE: this time was extremely better and I thank goodness for that because this is the best and only place for a good steak! Thanks y'all! The food orderd for dinner wasn't correct and our waiter never tried too get it fixed for us but we all were charged for it anyways. Our waiter was more concerned with a table in his co-workers section more than with anyone seated in his section so overall it wasn't a good experience but I also have been there multiple times for lunch and never had any issues and lunch was overall a nice experience
