BonChon Chicken - Taytay

I love the food and the service. But their serving time is too slow, I've observed that they lack crew/staff. There was a time, there are only 2 servers, and one of them was the manager. Still I love their bibimbowl ♡

This is so sad :( I am so hungry and craving for fish 'n chips and called BonChon only to find out that the branch in Robinson's Antipolo does not cater deliveries as of now. The branch in Sm Taytay also could not deliver here in Antipolo. Just sad. :(

Of all the branches I visited, this one's the dirtiest. There was food and plastic utensils on the floor and the table was sticky. The only reason I'm giving this a two is because our server was courteous.

Although I have to admit that its not our first choice, since the other resto was full because its graduation day and were not willing to wait, we ended up here. We know that some of the Bonchon stores have a "not so good" reviews but this one is diffirent. Lets start at the counter, my son was grumpy at that time I asked the cashier if she can punched in the Pepsi Max before we get to bussiness and she smiled and said "Ok maam no problem." So I ordered a platter, dont know if I can upgrade or something she just offered me the best they have. Yes, this its my first time to dine here so Im clueless. She told me that itll be 15-20mins wait, have to admit that Im a little dissapointed. But explained that its per order so she made an advance call. So I took our drinks and sat down with the rest of the fam.. advised them the timeframe.. But to my surprise it not even more than 7mins.. Nice.... So we ate, we even order some extra thingy and they just delivered it to our table instead of carrying it from the counter... Love it.... for us its a good experience to dine here... the staff are courteous, food is nice and although they said its cash only they do accept credit AND debit cards.. love the debit card part...
