Vietopia Bistro - Taylorsville

We love coming here. The coffee is delicious creamy, the pho is amazing (we love the rare steak), and their vermicelli noodle bowls hit the spot. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Definitely recommend.

I been coming to Vietopia, for about a year, i keep coming back, the chicken pho is my favorite. I recommend and tell people about this place., There Mango spicy drink is also very tasty and spicy is really good,. The restaurant is clean and they pay attention to your order and will bring food out, no waiting long time, they got a really good vibes and the people have a good attitude/greetings and welcoming, when you step in the door. Come check them out they 100 and will not be disappointed.

Usually love this place but to deny service because you have 30 minutes until you close is ridiculous. Maybe you should close at 8 pm instead then. But then say oh you can order to go. Services should still be offered to sit down and eat until you are actually closed. Not only that the waitress or whoever she is was completely rude about it. Had attitude with me as soon as I walked in.Response to your reply. I walked in at 8:32 pm to be exact. Your waitress or who ever she was asked me what I was wanting I said dine in. Her exact words to me with a attitude was we don't offer dine in at 8:30 pm, I was like really you cant sit one person for dine in. With her snooty response as well you can do take out but our dining is closed. Maybe you should check your camera again. But you say you stop dine in service at 8:45 pm not at 8:30 pm maybe you should explain that to your staff a little better. And I wasn't Ordering rice so that's a lie. Bad excuse for bad service.

The food here is always delicious. I like the spicy soup which is a chef's special. Boba tea could use a little work as it is very watery.Food: 4/5

I started with the Spring Rolls, which consisted of shrimp, pork, vermicelli noodles, and lettuce wrapped in rice paper. They were served with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. For my main course, I enjoyed the Grilled Chicken Vermicelli. Both dishes arrived promptly and were very tasty. The peanut dipping sauce for the spring rolls was especially good. The waiter was friendly and attentive, and at 1 PM, the restaurant was quite empty. The interior is clean and has a fresh, bright decor. I look forward to returning to explore more of their culinary offerings.
