Texas Roadhouse - Taylorsville

Placed an order for pickup.. 1 single hamburger.. took over an hour.. was 20 minutes late waited outside in a rainstorm because I was told they were grabbing it.

Went to a live hockey, went in to OT, tried to set up and reserve a table for 4, but app had issues, soon as game ended went to TRH, place closes in 15-20min and they still seated us and were awsome ..

It is a Texas Roadhouse, the steak was perfectly cooked, and there were large portions of side. I had the Prime Rib, and it was a nice size piece of meat with two sides. Our server was friendly, helpful, and prompt. The only thing I would suggest it to use the app or website to put your name on the waiting list, we did not and had about a 30-minute wait, not too bad. The atmosphere is friendly but loud, so do not plan on having an intimate dinner there.

Although the wait was long because it was a Friday night, it was an easy process to check in over texts. The service was excellent. I wish I could remember the gentleman who took care of us two Fridays ago, but he was awesome! The food was hot and fresh and amazing. The atmosphere was wonderful. The food was correct and cooked. Overall, a great experience!Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu and equipped for kids seating including high chairs and booster seats.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking in the front by the door, and a ramp walkway that leads to the door.

Food was great but the service not so much. Our waiter messed up on more than one thing on our order and drink service wasn't great
