Swig - Taylorsville

The restaurant is consistently out of tapioca pearls, but overall the service is quick and efficient. It’s a great place!

I’ve visited several locations, and this one is by far the worst experience I’ve had! The woman who took my order was incredibly rude. To make matters worse, my drink was made incorrectly; I paid extra for the popping pearls, but there were none in my drink. When I went back to have it fixed, they insisted that there were pearls and tried to argue with me. I had to fight to get them to give me a new drink after they poured mine out. I love Swig, but I will definitely not be coming back to this location!

Friendly staff, clean environment, quick service, and fresh ingredients! I really enjoy the fruit mix-ins!

Stopped by to grab some drinks and tried to use my earned points towards the drinks and was refused. I was told that I could ONLY use MY EARNED POINTS on a drink if the drink cost less than the points I was using. I was buying 4 drinks, and was told they didn't qualify. I had never had that issue in St. George. They were also downright rude about it! I was not being anything but polite trying to figure out why, and they couldn't/ wouldn't explain. Well swig, you just lost a customer! I'll be going to Guzzle from now on! The drinks are better anyways, and the staff is nicer to me!!

The swig made my order great! But it did take a while to get through the line and get my drink. I would come again, especially with it being close to the college.
